We process operational data provided directly by clients through system integrations (ERP, WMS, CMMS, IoT sensor streams, GPS telemetry, workforce systems) and information voluntarily provided via contact forms (name, work email, organization details).

2. How We Use Operational Data

Operational signals and system events ingested into OpsMind AI are processed exclusively for providing predictive maintenance forecasting, operational graph reasoning, scenario simulation, and executing client-approved automated workflows. We do NOT sell operational datasets or training context to third parties.

3. Security & Data Isolation

All enterprise operational data is strictly tenant-isolated using industry-standard encryption protocols (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Access is restricted via role-based access control (RBAC).
