These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpsMind AI platform, website solsticsai.com, and related SaaS offerings provided by AI SOLSTICS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("SolsticsAI", "Company", "we", "us").
Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable Master Services Agreements (MSA), SolsticsAI grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable enterprise SaaS license to access the OpsMind AI Control Plane, simulation engines, and automated workflow agents.
OpsMind AI provides decision recommendations, risk forecasts, and automated workflow execution. Organizations configure their own Autopilot Level (0 to 4). Clients retain ultimate responsibility for approving high-impact actions, safety compliance, and physical facility operations.
SolsticsAI retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, source code, and algorithms powering OpsMind AI. Clients retain full ownership of their raw operational data, telemetry streams, and organization-specific operational graphs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall belong exclusively to courts in Telangana.
